Art of Healing Workshop: Rooted Mixed Media Tree
As we enter the final months of 2023, root yourself in the fall season during this Art of Healing workshop where you’ll experience a short meditation and then create a beautiful mixed media tree. We’ll metaphorically plant the seeds of everything that will help you feel grounded during the upcoming busy holiday season, using paint, decorative papers, and pens. All supplies are included, and no art experience is needed. Art of Healing is open to anyone (ages 16 & up) in need of reflective time, including caregivers, survivors, and those who have lost a loved one. The art outreach program is free, but requires participants to register in advance
