Beginning, Beginning Pen & Ink with Pamela Bleakney
Popular OMAM instructor Pam Bleakney is back in the classroom with this brand-new, five-week pen and ink class series! Pam has worked in this medium for about 50 years and is thrilled to share her excitement of creating in black and white, starting with a crow quill pen. Students will use seven basic pen strokes, starting with value scales for each stroke, and learn 2-3 different strokes weekly. Prismacolor and watercolor pencils, watercolors, colored inks, will also be used to work on toned paper. Students will learn to adapt photographs as references for their art. Registration will close when workshop is full.
