"Capturing the Landscape" workshop with Karlene McConnell
Join exhibiting artist Karlene McConnell for her workshop designed to benefit both beginners and advanced artists as they look at the landscape through a different lens. Learn to abstract and simplify what we view around us. Depth and space will be created using only flat shapes and a limited palette. All levels are welcome. Students should bring the following supplies: at least two canvases (any size); any 3 colors of acrylic paint plus white; one or two medium to large paintbrushes; and a photo of a landscape that can be cut up.
Seats are limited. Registration will close when workshop is full.
