Gentle Yoga & Crystal Bowls
Invite peace, patience, and emotional prosperity into your life during this gentle yoga session inside the museum. Instructor Kim Latford will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and releases, as Nicole Comenole accompanies with live crystal bowl music.
This program doesn't require yoga experience, and was designed for ages 16 and older. Mat space will be provided; please bring your own yoga mat. For those practicing chair yoga, seats will be provided. For the comfort of participants, doors will lock promptly at 5:30pm, so please arrive a few minutes early.
