Invite physical and mental balance into your life during this special gentle yoga session with live music in our Garden Gazebo! Harpist Sheri Myers will provide the beautiful music as instructor Kim Latford guides participants through one- and two-footed balance poses designed to improve stability. Tons of tips and tricks will be shared to achieve equanimity on and off the mat. This program doesn't require yoga experience and was designed for ages 16 and older.
