Join us for a tour of OMAM’s Malcolm Fraser Permanent Collection with Senior Curator Kristin Heron, followed by a sound bath in the beautiful second floor boardroom that overlooks the museum gardens. In this sound bath session, everyone will be invited to sit in meditation at the beginning to set intentions and ground before journeying into an immersive sound bath. Practitioner Kyrsten Sinclair uses a combination of sounds including 432 hz crystal quarts bowls, drums, animal calls, and singing. The Sound Bath will be followed with a complimentary hot tea.
