Sound Bath with Kyrsten Sinclair
Join us for a sound bath in the beautiful second floor boardroom that overlooks the museum gardens. In this sound bath session, everyone will be invited to sit in meditation at the beginning to set intentions and ground before journeying into an immersive sound bath. Practitioner Kyrsten Sinclair uses a combination of sounds including 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, drums, animal calls, and singing. The Sound Bath will be followed with a complimentary hot tea. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on and anything else you’d like to feel comfortable (pillow, blanket, etc). Chairs are also available in the boardroom.
